Service Agreement

By scheduling service with Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Lakewood, you agree to these terms. They govern the diagnostic and repair services we provide across Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Morrison, Edgewater, and Federal Heights.

Independent Service Provider

We are an independent appliance repair business with no corporate ties to Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any manufacturer. We are not an authorized service center or factory dealer. All brand names are referenced solely to identify the appliances we service.

Service Scope

We repair refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, ice makers, and ventilation systems from 18+ luxury brands within our service area.

Pricing and Payment

A $89 diagnostic service-call fee applies per visit and is credited toward the repair if you authorize the work. We provide an estimate before beginning repairs. Prices listed on this website are starting estimates only; the final price is confirmed after on-site diagnosis. Payment is due on completion; we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.

Parts and Warranty

We use genuine and OEM-spec parts. Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects, and labor is warranted for the period stated on your invoice.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment of the service-call fee for future appointments.

Access Requirements

An adult 18 or older must be present for the duration of the service visit, with safe access to the appliance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including food spoilage.

Customer Responsibilities

Please clear access to the appliance and disclose any known hazards or prior repair attempts so we can work safely and accurately.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith mediation or arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
